Mubadala, TARAF and Kerzner International have joined forces to introduce One&Only Private Residences Al Maryah Island, a new collection of ultra-luxury homes in the heart of Abu Dhabi’s waterfront business and lifestyle district.
The residences bring together Mubadala’s role as master developer of Al Maryah Island, TARAF’s design-led approach to development, and One&Only’s distinctive approach to hospitality and residential living. Rising approximately 230 metres across 44 floors, the tower is positioned to take in the Arabian Gulf, the canals that wrap Al Maryah Island and the Abu Dhabi skyline beyond.
A restrained palette of warm terracotta tones, champagne-toned metals and glazing answers the changing light and character of the city, glowing at sunrise and settling into bronze at dusk.
